Data-based $\ell_1$ optimal robust synthesis for the first order plant

The problem under consideration is the $\ell_1$ suboptimal steady-state tracking a given setpoint for the first order plant. Parameters of the plant and upper bounds for perturbations and exogenous disturbance are assumed to be unknown to controller designer. It is shown that associated series of nonconvex quadratic fractional programming problems is computationally tractable.
