INVERSE OPTIMAL CONTROL APPROACH FOR PINNING COMPLEX DYNAMICAL NETWORKS

In this paper, a new control strategy is proposed for pinning complex weighted networks based on the Inverse
Optimal Control approach. A control law is developed
for stabilization of the network and minimization
of an associated cost functional.
