SHUKOVSKY STABILITY IN DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS. GENERALIZATION OF ANDRONOV--WITT THEOREM

Andronov-Witt theorem is brilliant achievement of
Andronov scientific school. Generalization of this theorem for
regular linearization was obtained by Demidovic. Here for
investigation of Zhukovskii stability a new research tool -- a
moving Poincare section -- is introduced. With the help of this
tool, generalization of theorems of Andronov-Witt and Demidovic for
irregular linearization are carried out.
