Periodic Control of Circadian Rhythms in Drosophila Based on Speed Gradient Algorithm
Recently,developing molecuar biology and system biology, the mechanism of the circadian rhythm in which the inside of the body rhythm of the living thing is ruled is being clarified at the cell level. On the other hand, it is thought that various sicknesses are related in the medicine and pharmacology to the disorder of the circadian rhythm. To control the disease caused by such an abnormality the rhythm syndrome, it proposes the method of controlling the cycle by using Speed Gradient Algorithm that is one of the nonlinear control techniques for the circadian rhythm with an abnormal rhythm.
