In this work a study of
the behavior of a simple eigenvalue of singular linear system family $E(p)\dot x=A(p)x+B(p)u$, $y=C(p)x$ smoothly dependent on a vector of real parameters $p=(p_{1},\ldots ,p_{n})$ is presented.
