Experimental and Computer Modeling of Intelligent Polymeric Composite Structures with Neural-Network Based Control

The problem of cantilever polymeric-composite plate vibration damping with piezoelectric sensors and actuators was examined. On the basis of finite element and neural network technologies the synthetic model of active damping vibrations in anisotropic plate was created. Our numerical simulations have shown a good correspondence with experimental results on thin composite cantilevered plate active vibration damping.
