New Generation of Automatic Control Systems for WIG-craft
Wing-in-Ground Effect vehicle (WIG-craft) or Ekranoplane as it is called in Russia are supposed to take the significant part of the projected air traffic growth without constructing new airstrips and aerodromes. The statement of the main problems of equipment and software design for WIG-craft flight control is given. The aim of such technologies development is to improve the operational performance of the vehicles of advanced design. The block diagram of the control system is described.
