Time-optimal control of a spin 1/2 particle with radiation damping and relaxation effects

We consider the time-optimal control of a spin 1/2 particle by magnetic fields. Radiation damping and relaxation effects are included in the model. We apply geometric optimal control techniques to determine the optimal syntheses for every values of the dissipative and nonlinear parameters. The single and the bi-input cases will be analyzed analytically and numerically.
